As a young boy years ago  my brothers, cousins,an uncle and I used to roam this place.    We lived up on the "hill" as it was called back then.  We would run and play in these woods, swim in the creek hit the swinging bridge  make it swing and try running across it.  If I'm not mistaken it used to be the called  The Bird Sanctuary .  We loved spending time there as kids.   I think this is something kids need to do now instead of sitting in the house.  They need to get in touch with nature-find out what poison oak is -see the wild life that is there!  There is a lot of history at this place.  I think it would do a lot of parents good to bring their
kids and relax and spend the day
with them.

ARVEL BIRD SCORES
NAMMY
BEST INSTRUMENTAL

Arvel Bird is a classically-trained
violinist from Arizona.  He attended
Arizona State University  on a music
scholarship, later transferring to University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana. This award-winning fiddlist is equally creative in many styles of music including bluegrass,Celtic, folk, blues, jazz,
country and old-time music.  Arvel's
mix-blood heritage of Southern
Paiute and Scottish ancestry is now
the inspiration for his own unique
blend of music.

I met Arvel and Kimberley sometime
back they are down to earth people,
two of the finest you will ever meet.
I believe The Creator has a reason for every purpose in life.  I believe it was meant for our paths to cross and make contact.  Arvel's music and words of encouragement was what
my heart and soul needed.  I had a
heart attack several months before I met him.   At this time Arvel did not know  about my attack.  So through
our paths crossing I made two new
fiends that I call my brother and sister.  May God The Creator watch
over you both in your walk of life.
